Admin and Whatnot

Firstly, we want to say thank you to everyone who've browsed, bought, commented and bought some more. It truly encourages us when you tell us your satisfaction in getting your clothes, and inspires us to try harder if there were things amiss.


Now, some important things we would like to make clear:

1. From now on, we won't be doing COD anymore. We can meet-up within our convenience but we will not accept cash-on-delivery. Please handle full payment to our bank account to secure your item before we meet-up details. We truly apologize for the inconvenience but there have been continuous instances of customers backing out after having made reservations. It's really frustrating, especially when we've taken the time and effort to get stock, or even worse, restock and we end up with excess stock no thanks to irresponsible actions.

2. Same policy goes for items to be restocked. Full payment has to be made before we restock the item. If the item cannot be acquired, you have our word that we will give you a full refund.

3. For those opting for postage, delivery of items will be made every Monday and Friday after you have paid.

4. Of late, we have been rather lenient on buyers who back out. From now on, back-out buyers WILL be blacklisted.

Having said all that, we are still very much interested in bringing you the best of clothes and accessories. We sincerely hope that you understand where we are coming from; after all, we have our interest to protect as well.
